Availability
Throughout our site, "days" equals Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
 
Product Availability
Availability is listed for each item. The time frame listed indicates the average number of business days before the order will ship. Many times the order ships sooner but on occasion it may take a little longer. Taking into consideration the availability and the UPS transit time (view map), you will have a general idea of when to expect your order.
Multiple Items
When there is more than one item on the order, use the longest availability for estimating when your order should be processed.

Back Orders
We will notify you if we are not able to ship your order close to the availability time listed. Orders are automatically shipped complete unless you request otherwise. Shipping a partial order is an option but it usually increases the shipping charges.
Need by Date
Sometimes due to deadlines, you need your order by a specific date. List that information in the "Order Comments and Special Requests" box (bottom of shipping address page). We will work with that date and contact you if we are unable to accomodate your request.

Shipping Method
Our carrier of choice is United Parcel Service, the default method is via UPS Ground. At our discretion, there are circumstances when the carrier will be FedEx or another carrier.
 
Acceptable "Ship To" Addresses
UPS does not deliver to Post Office boxes, therefore your physical street address is required.
 
APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico
Priority Mail is available for orders shipping to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico addresses. Please add an additional two days to process these orders.
 
Time in Transit
Most orders ship from Oklahoma zip code 73179. Time in transit for the Continental U.S. is 1-5 business days, depending on your location (view map). The day the order ships is not included in the transit time.
 
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are based on the destination zip code and the total weight of the order, viewable before payment is requested.

1) Put product in your shopping cart, click "Checkout";
2) Create your account with name, address and email, click "Continue" found at the bottom of the page.
Be assured, we do not send solicitation emails and we do not share your information. BUT, if you prefer you can use the anonymous login: last name "anonymous" and email "anonymous@disketteconnection.com". Just remember not to order under the anonymous login.
3) View rates and options.
    (a) TO ORDER: click "continue", review order, provide payment;
    (b) TO MODIFY: use browser back button;
    (c) TO CANCEL: click "empty cart".
